Very, very hot. You can get it mild. I don't eat it very often but have a couple of friends who like to get it on a regular basis. My husband can't stand it. Waff-O!

A couple of people I know meet for for lunch or dinner about once a month. We usually go to this Indian restaurant and I always get spice level 5 out of 6.
