It looks awesome! And I agree that using a pale shade of green makes it seem more realistic than using a very bright color.
How do you plan to shade it? Are you going to use the 2-tone shading with highlights (cell-shaded), or do the full-shading thing? Highlights would make it look all shiney Waff-O!

Let's see. First off, it's supposed ot look like an Armored Core. That's sort of what I was going for.
As for shading. I usually do a sort of soft shading. Only one actual value for the shadows, but they're done with an airbrush so they don't have the hard outlines cel-style shaing usually does. And when it comes to highlights, I usually make everything shiny. Everything. |
