This seems really cool! It's a $40 device that interfaces with your smart phone via Bluetooth that you wear at night while you sleep. It records your brainwaves and eye muscle movements and tracks the quality and duration of your sleep. It's quite fascinating:

Steve Gibson's been tracking his sleep and the records are pretty interesting. I think I sleep much better than he does. Unfortunately, the quality of your sleep can deteriorate with age. Hopefully his insights can lead to methods of sleep improvement:
