Chrome Symphony [OOC] - Episode III

I'm still not sure about joining in during this chapter.

I was going to play Camay again but if she's mostly behind the scenes, it's probably not going to be very interesting with her. I'd play Elise but I just don't know how to properly play that character (and she's mostly an NPC bartender at this point, anyway).

Maybe I could come up with a new character, depending on where the story goes from here. I'll keep watching and we'll have to see.

Hey Karma, if you'd like, Camay doesn't have to stay on L1. She could easily come to Earth to help investigate things. Being an A.I., she may have multiple proxy androids stored on Earth so that she doesn't have to use space travel to get around.

Seeing your latest post, looks like Camay's going to Earth to join the group.

If it matters, on the government aspect. It probably would be a conflict of interest on some or another level. Megacorporations like Crest are extraterritorial entities in and of themselves, the way I see it. So Jess may, technically, already be the ruler of a nation, or an equivalent to one. Not that this has to be set in stone, but it's a common enough theme in this genre.

As for worrying about playing Elise because I'm watching, I can't say she's had much characterization from myself or anyone else for me to try and say "you're doing it wrong." Just as a general note.

We're already rolling with Jess campaigning for public office, even though it would be a clear conflict of interest in the present. I think society has changed enough in universe that such a thing would be possible.

If artificial intelligence scientists exist and terrorists have space stations, then this isn't too far a stretch.
