These days, he's been kind of low profile. It's Wikileaks that's making all of the headlines lately although it's my understanding that Snowden and Assange don't particularly see eye to eye.

Indeed. Wikileaks has taken center stage this month. This election season has involved more mud-slinging that I can recall for any other election in recent history.
I don't really do politics; it should suffice to say that I'm just interested in seeing how all of this eventually plays out.
