It's so hot here the signs are melting.

Hey, all.

Just thought I'd make a post about how damn hot it is where I live. We have mailboxes and signs literally melting outside due to the outrageous temperatures.

It's 111° right now but it was even hotter earlier today.

As a fun side note, the amount of daylight we had today was 14 hours and 22 minutes (14:22) - because I know Nitro likes it when the number 2214 appears.

I saw a video where someone actually did cook eggs and hamburger using just their car dashboard, sunlight, and the greenhouse effect.

Drink lots of water and stay in the shade, Wolfwood.

Yeah, apparently that's a pretty big thing around here right now. People are trying to see if it will actually work. I'm not really going to do that in my car because I don't want any large metal surfaces to melt the plastic / leather in my car. I'm using a shade in my car and leaving the windows cracked to avoid any damage from the heat. It definitely helps.

And yes I'm drinking plenty of water but we also have air conditioning, you know? It's just dangerous to stay outside for too long.
