I used to play Magic the Gathering and built up a nice deck in the process.

Used to play, but sold my deck years ago. had some rare cards in there and got a pretty penny for it.
Used the money to buy a guitar and some socks |

Wow, that takes me back. I never got into it but I knew a group of guys who were way into Dungeons and Dragons (and other tabletop gaming) and they played MTG sometimes.
I know the deck building can be a big effort and time-consuming. For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring. -- Carl Sagan |

MTG wasn't something I was particularly into at the time, though. I've always been more of a console JRPG fan. 73's, KD8FUD

MTG was fun. My friends and I would play on the weekends and sometimes gather for tournaments and sessions at the local comic book shop.
