I recently found these. They are java-based simulation games.
The first one is a planetary / solar system simulator which simulates orbits. They can be stable or they can collide or careen outside of the simulator's space:

The next one simulates various materials and it's a bit hard to explain. It's definitely worth checking out. Just make sure you don't lose your entire day to this one!

These are fascinating.
I've messed with the Earth simulator before. It's fun to just set it all on fire and see how much of it clears out and how much remains to grow again.
