GaoGaiGar

I recently got my twisted little hands on volume one of GaoGaiGar. I was not at all disappointed. Given it's my first super robot show (well, discounting the likes of Voltron and other things once aired on TV and Nadesico's Gekigengar 3), so I can't judge it against much more than a whole bunch of fans on the likes of /m/ and elsewhere. But, dang, it's a fun series. with plenty of shouting and all.

I only watched one episode of the English dub, but it hasn't made me want to tear my ears off, yet. Which is generally good enough for me, when it comes to such things.

Looks kind of interesting. There's something about the way the robots dance in the intro that gives me the creeps, though.

Huh. Never struck me as creepy. The animation in the intro is pretty well done and smooth, though.
