The re-draws

I thought we should have a thread discussing the re-drawn pages of 2214.

While it's interesting to see how the art style progresses over the comic's run, I can't help but enjoy having a new look on the early pages. Seeing them in color provides a lot more atmosphere, in my opinion. Hope Nitro finishes re-drawing all of the early pages - the transition back to the old art halfway through chapter 2 is a little jarring.

The art improved so much it's crazy.

Have to wonder if somewhere down the road Nitro improves more and then decides to re-draw everything yet again, all over again.

That would be funny if it happened. He'd probably have started a new comic again.

Remember when 2214 was going to start over from scratch? I kind of liked that style. Still missed the old comic at the time though.

The redraws are nice. I like having those pages in color now.

My concern is that re-drawing old pages is taking time away from finishing new pages and advancing the story. Sometimes the wait is so long for a new page that it's frustrating.
