Arkham is an outdated cyborg - a relic of an earlier era of technology. He was a cyborg from a young age due to being paralyzed at birth. His hardware allows him full mobility but lacks the finesse and agility that newer cybernetic hardware affords in the current age.
His personality is that of a loner. He has become the stereotypical "grumpy old man" but with the strength of a cyborg. Despite his age and his outdated gear, he is in generally good health and operating condition.
Arkham works as a spy in the Fumacine empire. His work involves tracking Zetsfir's activities and he currently resides on New Pandora.

Just a suggestion: Might want to have some stats or information on skills regarding combat, especially if we're going to have mecha or special abilities involved.
