Alright, time to do some actual planning.

Here's the idea I had:

It's about 20 years after the events of 2214. New Pandora has replaced the old Pandora that was destroyed and Zetsfir is once again up to its old tricks.

New Pandora has become more of a defense installation and there are now several other space colonies in orbit around Kaperth. Nanotechnology is heavily used and most if not all medicine is based on it. Cyborgs in the traditional sense are considered outdated and nanotechnology can be used to convert old models to modern ones, often indistinguishable from regular humans.

Sound good?

Pretty much what I had in mind.

I'd add that the nanotechnology sometimes goes out of control and creates situations that might require combat. Like some humans get "zombified" by the nanotech and it might be due to some kind of hacking.

Oh, like a "grey goo" scenario but caused deliberately? That indeed would be quite scary!

I like both of these ideas. They could make for interesting plot elements.

Arkham is definitely an old cyborg and will resist any nanotech conversion, for weird reasons I'll have to think of later on.
