From the chat it looks like you and Wolfwood worked that out. The four of them are going to hunt around all day looking for a street doctor before finally winding up at the bar that evening.
I say we do that, it sounds solid.

I say we do that, it sounds solid. It doesn't matter if the glass is half empty or half full. There's clearly enough room for more wine. |

Helena or Nitrocosm, if you had different ideas for this already, let me know:
I was thinking about this mysterious "Dark Spider" hacker. Duncan and Jess both know who he is but I had this idea that he could be part of this elite hacker group.
This might sound kind of dumb but I had this dream the other night and in a sort of roundabout way got an inspiration. Anyway, how about this:
Dark Spider is part of a dangerous hacking group called the Herei Mob Army. They were tied to an anarchist terrorist group called the Herei that was fighting to allow people into space against the laws at the time. The Herei Mob Army was responsible for the communications blackout that everyone experienced in Chapter 1.
Sound like a nice idea? It might be stupid, just inspired by a dream I had. Waff-O!

I'm good with that. Actually I was trying to figure out what kind of group Dark Spider was with, assuming Helena hadn't already come up with one. It could be the same group Renk's battalion believed they were going after in the EMA building.
The HMA could possibly be neutral toward the cyborgs but Atlas and Renk likely wouldn't be allied with them (for obvious reasons). Duncan might be familiar with them.

Atlas will have some ideas about where to go for street doctors but they'll turn up missing or otherwise unable to help. That should fill out the day until they finally show up at the bar looking for more leads on where to go.
Atlas doesn't really deal with hackers but I'd leave it open for Shell or Duncan to make contact with Herei and maybe Herei will direct them to the bar. Just an idea there.
In any case, I'm itching to get into it. "Dangerous toys are fun, but you could get hurt!" |
