Not every reaction was so positive, perhaps understandably since the German leader has seen her popularity sink since she threw the country’s doors open to swaths of refugees.

Not to mention that pudding is most likely considered Haram.

It doesn't matter if the glass is half empty or half full. There's clearly enough room for more wine.

It depends on whether it's animal-based gelatin or grain-based pudding. Either way, this is not a nice thing to make jokes about and it's better not to.

Sure, it's probably wise not to touch on the refugee or cultural thing. That's a hornet's nest, honestly. If we can possibly avoid it, let's.

I, for one, approve of Dr. Merkel's reign as the chancellor of pudding.
