New article in News (Regular musings and updates): Photo Blog and D-STAR
Yesterday I created a utility that will allow on-the-road posting of photos to the site via e-mail. After some research, coding, and testing, it is complete and the photo blog will be made live as soon as I get some half-way interesting photos to post in there.
Also, on a ham radio related note, I finally have my mobile rig set up to use D-STAR. Hopefully I can afford to upgrade the ICOM IC-2200H that is my base station so that it can also work digital voice mode. For those of you who don't know (or are not hams), D-STAR is a digital mode for ham radio.
On to 2214-related business, page 132 is in the works and should be done tonight. It takes priority over finishing that art piece I started in 2005. Page 132 is mostly scenery and back story, so the approach to this page is much different than the character art intensive recent pages....
