I haven't listened to it through headphones either but I would caution people NOT to do that in light of the effect it seems to have on some people.

While I haven't had any headaches or nausea from it, I will say that listening to the entire sound file a couple times does make me feel uneasy and seems to induce a sense of dread. That's pretty normal for creepy music but listening to it for a prolonged period of time (an hour or so) is probably not the best idea.

The Jupiter sounds are quite amazing. I'm a big backyard astronomy buff and Jupiter is my favorite planet in the solar system (gee, can you tell?) because of its intense and violent atmosphere and the number of moons it has. It's also so huge that you can see it really well through a cheap telescope.

Now, I listened to that audio. I'm not what you'd call a hypersensitive type but that did give me a headache, too. I used headphones. The experience was unpleasant. I'm not sure how much of it was suggestion from reading others' experiences but I definitely felt that uneasy / fearful sensation. It's not something I'd want to hear again.

It wasn't that bad, it just hurt my ears a little in places. Hurting ears causes headaches sometimes so it's probably not really some kind of sound-weapon

It was probably just coincidence, guys. I feel fine today.
