HARD MODE: Feed three ghost peppers to each eel. Stick of dynamite optional.

I just can't get over the whole "ick" factor of eel.
My favorite sushi is salmon. It's really good if it's fresh. Waff-O!

It has a distinct flavor but it's comparable to tuna.
