Jenna saw a bright light approach the colony. It came from the general direction of the space time distortion earlier but didn't look like a war ship.
"Sir," said Jenna to her supervisor over the communications link, "there is an unidentified... glowing aura moving toward us."
"A... 'glowing aura'...?" said the supervisor. "Let me see."
The supervisor looked at Jenna's monitor.
"That's unusual, " replied the supervisor. "It's like a war ship that started to gate out but got stuck halfway between dimensions."
Jenna looked confused. "That... that shouldn't be possible, sir!"

Suddenly, the entire colony shook again. This time the shaking was much more violent and sustained.
Shell was knocked to the ground by the violent shaking. When she looked up, she couldn't believe her eyes: a ghostly, translucent battle ship's hull was suspended in the middle of the colony!
"What the HELL is that," gasped Shell. Kara was standing there, mesmorized by the bizarre sight.
"It's... stuck? It's stuck halfway into the colony?!"
