Green tea is pretty great. Back in the late 1990's, I used to guzzle two or three bottles per day of that Arizona green tea with ginseng. It was good but the habit proved a bit too expensive. At the time I wasn't drinking coffee - I used to hate the taste of it.
Welcome to the club, Kyler, as far as never drinking alcohol. I've never had as much as a sip of any alcoholic beverage in my entire life and I'm almost forty years old.

You have to be careful with ginseng! If you take in too much of it, it can cause heart troubles and other bad side effects! Especially if you're on some kinds of meds.

The amount of ginseng in the tea is minimal. A few bottles of that tea a day probably won't be enough to produce any side effects.
Taking concentrated ginseng supplements is something that should be done with an abundance of caution, as any herbal supplement should be. Some can be rather potent.

You'd be surprised. It doesn't take much of some herbs to interact with medications.

Green tea is too astringent for my tastes. That chalky feeling is hard to get rid of, too! Why is that, what's in green tea that makes it that way? The world may never know.
What IS nice is peppermint tea with a little stevia in it.
