Most people would figure that anyone who actually does hard drugs doesn't make lighthearted jokes about it. I'd say it's not something to worry much about.

Toronto sounds like a happening place. When your mayor smokes crack, even with that being pretty stupid, honestly, it makes it seem laid back. It doesn't matter if the glass is half empty or half full. There's clearly enough room for more wine. |
